So here we are in Ottawa having survived the trip to the rink. Coaches Willie and Bruce made the 15 minute trip into a 60 minute adventure. We saw Cornwall, Carlsbad Springs, two cows, four pigs and a farmer's daughter before we finally found Ray Friels arena. But the trip was worth it as we took Rockland 3-0 to start the tournament out with a big win. The refs were a little whistle happy calling 16 minors before calling the game 3 minutes early because of curfew. Scoring for the Storm was Heather with two and Jasmine with one. Shutout went to Nicki. Off to Nickels for dinner and then Russell.
