In the second period the Dolphins were able to take a 1- lead on a Storm turnover with the the North York forwards trapped in the offensive zone. However, Sheri was able to bang in a rebound later in the period to tie the game up. In the third the Dolphins took the lead again with some aggressive forechecking that forced a turnover. The game remained that way until the last 2 minutes of the game. Etobicoke took a hooking penalty and the Storm pulled the goalie on the powerplay.
