The Leafs continue to creep up the different NHL rankings after a significant jump last week. During the past week the Leafs had surprising wins against New Jersey and the Rangers before tripping up on Sunday against Carolina. The Leafs scored 15 goals in those 3 games but gave up 13 goals and appear to have abandoned their defense first approach.
